King Arthur’s Tools supply a powered sanding and polishing system called Guinevere. A range of inflatable rubber bulbs allow the sand paper and polishing components to fit tightly and when in use conform to the shape of the item being sanded, whether it be concave, convex, flat or angled. Driven by an extremely quiet but powerful motor sanding can be carried out locally with mounting on a jacobs chuck or remotely with mounting via a 1300 mm long flexible shaft.  High quality vibration free bearings carry all the load. The 6mm shaft has a double wound spiral  steel cord for durability. The bulbs are inflated with a simple pump and air released by an internal valve.
